Our goal in this session is ...animated blue jay

to review:

  • applicable federal law and regulations for oversight of the health and welfare of animals used in research, instruction, and testing activities, and

  • the roles of Purdue's Animal Care and Use Committee (PACUC) and Laboaratory Animal Program (LAP) in enabling Purdue faculty, students, and staff to gain approval for animal use and to ensure the humane care and use of animals in their programs.
